PECAN PIE TOFFEE BARS
 

1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, cut into pieces
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
5 (8 oz.) soft Heath bars (toffee), cut into 1/4 pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and sugar in bowl. Cut in butter until resembles coarse meal. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake until golden around edges 15 to 20 minutes.

Combine milk, egg, vanilla in bowl. Stir in nuts and toffee. Pour into baked crust. Bake until golden 20-23 minutes. Refrigerate until well chilled. Cut into bars and enjoy!
