1 1/3 c. persimmon pulp 2/3 c. sweet milk 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. sugar, plus 1 tbsp. 4 tsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. salt
Line a 9" pie pan with pastry and pour in filling. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or until done.
