1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade, thawed & undiluted 1/4 c. light rum Green food coloring 1 3/4 c. frozen whipped topping 1 baked 9 inch pie shell Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add milk and limeade and beat until smooth. Stir in rum and drop of food coloring. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Pour into pie shell and chill. Spread on remaining topping. |
