2 c. crushed Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter
9 inch pie plate
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1/4 c. creme de menthe
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Combine cookie crumbs and butter (reserve 1/2 cup for topping). Press into pie plate. Chill.
Add creme de menthe to marshmallow creme until blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pan. Freeze. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
