LOW CAL APPLE CRISP
 

1 sm. apple
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 oz. uncooked oatmeal
1 pkg. Sweet & Low
2 tsp. butter

Core, peel, and cut apple into sm. pieces. Cook apple in small amount of water until about 1/2 done. Place in baking dish. Melt butter. Combine butter, oats, flour, Sweet & Low, and cinnamon. Sprinkle on apple. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Equals 1 fruit, 2 bread, and 2 fat.
