1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries, rinsed & drained
12 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sour cream
9" unbaked pie shell
Soften cream cheese. Mix in flour. Separate eggs and reserve 2 teaspoons egg whites. Beat remaining egg whites and add to beaten yolks. Add sugar, salt and sour cream.
Combine egg mixture with cream cheese. Brush unbaked pie shell with reserved egg whites. Dust blueberries with flour and place in pie pan. Smooth cream cheese mixture over blueberries and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
