BLUEBERRY COBBLER
 

2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. (or 1 stick) butter
1 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place butter in 2 quart dish to melt. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and blueberries together. Set aside. Mix together flour, 1 cup sugar, milk. When butter is melted, pour blueberries over melted butter. DO NOT STIR. Pour the flour mixture over blueberries. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown - about 25 minutes. Peaches may be substituted for blueberries. Serves 6.
