8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 can blueberry pie filling 1 baked pie shell Cream softened cream cheese. Mix in powdered sugar. Add lemon juice. Fold in whipped, whipping cream. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with blueberry pie filling. Chill. Also good with cherry or strawberry pie filling. |
