BLUEBERRY COBBLER
 

2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt, if desired
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the butter in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Place in oven to melt the butter.

While butter is melting, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir just a minute to combine the dry ingredients. Add the milk and mix until the batter is smooth. Pour batter over the melted butter. Sprinkle blueberries on top. Bake the cobbler for 40-45 minutes or until it is lightly browned. Serves 8.
