SILK CHOCOLATE PIE
 

1 cube butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 sq. melted chocolate (Nestle's choco-bake is already melted and works great)
2 eggs
Graham cracker crust or baked pie shell
1 tsp. vanilla

Everything must be at room temperature. It can't be overbeat, but can be underbeat. Beat 1 cube butter. Add 3/4 cup sugar, beat 1 minute at medium speed. Add 2 squares (2 packages) melted chocolate, beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add 1 egg, beat 5 minutes at high speed. Add 1 egg, beat 5 minutes at high speed. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, beat 1 minute. Pour in baked pie shell, chill 5 hours or more.
