Have a pie crust baked and cool. Use 1 cup confectioners' sugar and 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter. Mix together with fingers and spread in bottom of crust. Prepare a package of vanilla or chocolate pudding as directed on package, spread over above mixture. When cool, top with Cool Whip. Excellent easy dessert.
