VINEGAR PIE
 

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vinegar
Butter
Nutmeg & cinnamon
Boiling water
2 (8") pie crusts, one cut for lattice

Mix flour and sugar well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Spoon in vinegar, sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Add pats of butter. Place lattice over this and then add boiling water until dish is 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
