1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 c. evaporated milk 2 tsp. baking powder 1 stick butter 3 c. peaches Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk into a bowl. Melt butter in oblong pan. Pour crust mixture over butter. Pour prepared peaches over crust mixture. Bake until golden brown at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. (You can use other fruit instead of peaches.) |
