1 can blueberry pie filling 1 9 inch baked pie crust 4 oz. cream cheese 2 ripe bananas 1 lg. bowl Cool Whip 1 c. confectioners sugar or 1/2 c. granulated sugar Beat together softened cream cheese and sugar. Fold Cool Whip into cheese mixture. Slice bananas into cooled pie crust, covering bottom. Pour cream cheese mixture over bananas. Chill 15-20 minutes. Top with blueberry pie filling. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with whipped cream when ready to serve. |
