MOM'S APPLE PIE

PIE DOUGH:

2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. cold milk

Mix flour and salt in bowl; set aside. Pour oil and milk into measuring cup; do not mix. Then pour into flour; mix well. Roll out half between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Press into pie pans. Fill with fruit. Makes enough to make 1 2-crust pie. Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown at 425 degrees.

FILLING:

2 bags apples, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together. Alternate apples in pan (layer). Put 1 teaspoon lemon juice on top. Add 1/4 stick butter, cut in small pieces. Place on top.
