EASY PEACH PIE
 

1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
6 medium size peaches, quartered
2 tbsp. butter

Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of mixture over unbaked crust. Arrange peaches in single layer over mixture. Sprinkle with rest of sugar mixture. Dot with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for about an hour, or until juices thicken and crust is brown.
