BLUEBERRY APPLE PIE
 

2 c. blueberries
2 c. tart apples, peeled & chopped
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca

Combine apples, sugar, lemon juice, tapioca, salt and berries. Fill pie shell (9") and dot with butter. Top with pastry lattice. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes longer.
