Cream the following ingredients together in a food processor: 2 tbsp. heavy cream 2 tbsp. dry white wine 1/2 c. toasted pine nuts 4-6 cloves garlic 2-4 tbsp. cilantro Dash of salt and pepper
This butter can be frozen ahead of time and taken out as needed. Serve with Santa Fe Chile Chicken. Also great on corn on the cob - cook over the grill.
