1 stick butter 1 c. milk 1 c. self rising flour 1 c. sugar 5 c. fruit Melt butter in 9"x12" pan. Mix milk, flour and sugar. Pour this mixture into pan with butter. Spread fruit over this mixture. Sprinkle sugar on top. NOTE: Peaches, pears of apples, use 1 1/2 cups sugar. Blackberries, use 4 cups sugar. Cook until brown on top at 350 degrees. |
