SPINACH AND TUNA TART
 

1/2 kilo shortcrust pastry
1/2 kilo cooked spinach
2 large tins of tuna
1 chopped onion
olive oil
salt and pepper
300grms grated cheddar cheese
100grms chopped green olives

Open pastry on large baking tin (shallow). Fry chopped onion, then mix with all other ingredients except olive oil and cheese. Put mixture on pastry and bake in oven at 180c for 30 mins. The oven must be preheated. Take out from oven and put some chopped green olives and cheese and some olive oil. Bake in oven for further 15mins. or until the pastry is well cooked and the cheese melts and turns in a golden colour.
