3 c. vinegar 3 c. sugar 1/4 c. canning salt 1 tsp. turmeric 1 tsp. mustard seed 1 tsp. celery seed Sliced med. onions (optional) Slice cucumbers thin; put in jars. Combine all of the ingredients and boil. Then pour over the sliced cucumbers in jars. Store in refrigerator. Keeps well 3 or 4 months. Can put sliced onions in the jars with cucumbers, too. |
