1 box lg. shells 1 egg white 1/2 c. cottage cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 lb. tofu Pinch of parsley 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce Mix tofu, egg white, cottage cheese, and parsley. Stuff shells with mixture. Spray 13 x 9 inch glass pan with Pam. Cover pan with 1/2 jar of sauce. Arrange shells in pan. Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
