1 c. butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/3 lb. mushrooms, chopped 1/2 c. chopped parsley 2 c. chicken stock 2 c. clams, minced 1/2 lb. scallops 1/2 lb. shelled shrimp 1/2 lb. linguini, cooked and drained In a large saucepan, melt butter. Saute garlic, mushrooms, and parsley 5 minutes. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add clams scallops and shrimp. Cook 7 minutes. Toss linguini with sauce on large heated platter. Serve immediately. |
