1 lb. ziti pasta or any pipe style pasta 3-4 qts. homemade or jarred spaghetti sauce Fresh grated Romano cheese 8 eggs, scrambled Prepare homemade sauce or heat jarred sauce. Boil pasta. Start with sauce, then pasta, making layers with fresh grated Romano in between each layer in a deep casserole dish. Finish off with a layer of pasta with a thin layer of sauce and cheese. Scramble the eggs and evenly pour over layered pasta. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 45 minutes or until top is crusty. |
