1 1/2 c. dry macaroni
2 1/2 c. shredded longhorn or colby cheese
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cut in sm. pieces
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry minced onion
Cook macaroni according to directions on package.
Brown flour in butter, add 1 cup milk and cook until bubbly. Add Velveeta, salt, and onion. In a 9 x 10 inch baking dish place 1/2 of cooked macaroni with about 1/4 of shredded cheese. Add remaining macaroni; mix remaining milk with the brown sauce and pour over macaroni. Add remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until light brown.
