2 c. macaroni 1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. Velveeta cheese 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook macaroni and drain. Melt 1/2 cup butter. Add 2 tablespoons flour and stir to a paste. Slowly add 1 1/2 cups of milk. Cook until thick. Add salt and pepper. Stir in the Velveeta cheese. Dot top with 2 tablespoons butter. Slow cook 30 minutes or until done. 30 minutes on high, longer on low. |
