1 lb. box macaroni 1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese 1 pkg. Colby or Longhorn cheese Milk Salt and pepper Cook macaroni until not quite done, approximately 10 minutes, drain. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam, pour in macaroni. Cut up cheeses into bite size pieces, stir, add milk to the top of macaroni. Add salt and pepper and stir. Bake at 350 degrees until no longer soupy, but set. Don't over cook. Check after 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
