BOW-TIE PASTA
 

2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Boneless, skinless chicken breast (2-3), cut in chunky strips

Saute together and add: 1 can sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained) Salt and pepper Dried red peppers (optional) 1 c. chicken broth 1/2 c. white cooking wine 1 tbsp. butter

Simmer together 5 minutes and add to 1/2 pound or so of cooked bow-tie pasta.
