1 stick butter 1 pt. container sour cream 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese Fresh parsley 1/2 head broccoli 3 plum tomatoes 1/2 head cauliflower 1 lb. pkg. shell macaroni or fettucini (not soup size) In saucepan, melt butter. Add sour cream and Parmesan. Stir while cooking low flame until blended together (less or more butter for thicker or thinner sauce). Steam broccoli, tomatoes and cauliflower until tender. |
