1/4 c. fresh dill sprigs or 2 tbsp. dried dill 3/4 med. onion, sliced 2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup 1 c. sour cream 1/4 tsp. allspice Dash pepper 1/2 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. chicken broth Chopped or dried parsley In a processor or blender place all ingredients but broth and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into sauce pan and stir in chicken broth. Simmer. Serve, sprinkled with parsley. |
