1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 6 oz. pkg. long grain & wild rice 1 can mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 lg. can sliced mushrooms & juice 2/3 c. milk 1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts Brown meat and drain. Mix meat and all ingredients together. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours in a 9"x13" Pyrex dish. As you serve, top with sour cream. |
