1 tbsp. butter 1 clove garlic 1/2 c. ketchup 1/3 c. chili sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. celery seed 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 tbsp. mustard 1/4 tsp. salt Country style spare ribs Boil spare ribs in salted water for 1 hour. Drain. Saute butter and garlic 4-5 minutes then add all the above ingredients. Pour over boiled ribs and let marinate in sauce. Cook on grill or in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
