3-4 lb. lean brisket 2 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. garlic salt 2 tsp. pepper 1 c. barbeque sauce 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. onion salt 2 tbsp. liquid smoke Mix everything except BBQ sauce. Spread all over meat. Wrap WELL in foil. Put in refrigerator overnight. Before baking pour BBQ sauce over meat. Bake 3 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Take off foil. Bake 1 more hour. |
