10-12 lb. untrimmed brisket 2 c. Claude's Brisket Sauce 1 oven cooking bag (turkey size) Smoke on grill 3 hours. Place brisket in browning bag. Add 2 cups Claude's Brisket Sauce. Place in oven and finish cooking about 6 hours on 200 degrees or until done. Will feed 20 people. This method works great on ribs and roast also. Cooking time will vary. |
