BARBEQUE MEATBALLS
 

1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
3 lb. hamburger
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
2 eggs
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

Mix all ingredients and shape into balls (the size of a walnut). Place in a flat pan, only one layer to each pan. Pour barbeque meatball sauce (next recipe) over meatballs and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
