1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1/4 c. milk 1/3 c. minced onion 1/2 c. dry oatmeal 1 egg 1 tbsp. dried parsley 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly Mix all ingredients except chili sauce and grape jelly together and shape into 1 or 2 inch balls and brown in skillet in melted butter. Heat chili sauce and grape jelly until grape jelly is melted. Add meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve warm. |
