BARBEQUE BEEF BRISKET
 

5 lb. beef brisket

Lay beef in heavy duty foil, then put Lawry salt, celery salt and onion salt with 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce. Wrap and seal tightly in a shallow baking pan and bake 1 hour per pound at 325 degrees. Slice when cool, against the grain. Refrigerate (may be cooked the day ahead and slice off fat.)

To the juice, add 1/2 cup barbeque sauce and pour over sliced meat which is in a casserole and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
