3 c. granulated sugar 1 c. whipping cream 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 c. white Karo 1 c. nuts Put sugar and cream on; bring to a boil. Add Karo and cook until soft ball stage higher if using candy thermometer when tested in cold water. Stir all the time while cooking. Remove from fire. Add vanilla and beat. Add nuts and beat until stiff. Pour on buttered platter. |
