1 lb. flour (about 500 grams)
water (about a cup)
1 cup of oil
Mix everything and when all is soft, make into little balls and press with the fingers until you have a little round. Make a hole in the middle, and cook in hot oil on both sides. Take off and put sugar or marmalade as you like. Can be eaten with tea, Argentine mate or milk.
