CREOLE SEASONING BLEND
 

1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. red pepper
3/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. ground bay leaves

Combine all ingredients, and store in an airtight container. Use with seafood, chicken, beef, or vegetables. Yield: 1/4 cup.
