2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 c. crunchy peanut butter 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 3/4 c. butter 3 c. confectioners' sugar Melt the chocolate pieces in top of double boiler. Mix together melted butter (or butter), peanut butter, graham crackers and confectioners' sugar. Pat this into a 13"x9" pan. Spread the melted chocolate on top. Chill. Warm to room temperature before cutting in squares. |
