5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook flour and milk until thick. Stir constantly and cool. Beat sugar and butter well with mixer. Cream with vanilla well. Add to flour and milk. Beat until fluffy like whip cream. Easy perfect icing.
