Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 c. white wine (optional) if omitted, double vinegar 1 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. water Combine all ingredients and pour over steaks. Marinate steaks 3-8 hours. After removing steaks, heat remaining marinade to boiling and thicken with cornstarch for an excellent steak sauce. |
