BANANA TEA LOAF
 

1 3/4 c. presifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 eggs
1/2 c. soft butter
2 sm. ripe bananas, sliced
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt. Set aside. In container (blender) put remaining ingredients. Cover and blend for 20 seconds on puree. Pour over dry ingredients and mix just until all flour is moistened. Turn into greased 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
