TRUFFLES ALMOND JOY

2 oz. truffles
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. half and half

Pour truffles in rocks glass over ice. Add Amaretto and half and half. Stir.

TRUFFLES PEPPERMINT PATTY:

5 oz. hot coffee
1 1/2 oz. truffles
1/2 oz. peppermint schnapps

Pour coffee in mug. Mix in truffles and schnapps. Garnish with whipped cream and sprig of mint.

TRUFFLES 5TH AVENUE:

2 oz. truffles
1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
1 oz. Frangelica
