1 (3-3 1/4 oz.) reg. vanilla pudding 1 env. unflavored gelatin Dash of ground nutmeg 3 c. canned eggnog 1/4 c. light rum 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped 12 baked tart shells Whole candied cherries In a saucepan combine pudding mix, gelatin and nutmeg. Add eggnog. Cook cooking to pudding package instructions. Remove from heat; stir in rum. Chill until partially set. Turn into large mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Chill until mixture mounds. Fill pie shells. Garnish. |
