1 c. juice packed canned peaches
2 tbsp. frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 lg. egg white
1 c. crushed ice
Chill peaches in freezer until very cold. Add to blender container with pink lemonade concentrate, lemon juice, egg white and crushed ice. Puree until smooth. Pour into glasses. Makes two 1 1/4 cup servings.
