2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. marshmallow creme
1 stick butter

Cake: Melt MILKY WAY® bars and 1 stick butter, set aside. Cream sugar and 1 stick butter. Add eggs. Add alternately flour, soda with buttermilk. Add melted candy and butter mixture. Add pecans. Bake in tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
Icing: Mix all ingredients and cook to soft ball stage. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and butter. Stir until all are melted.
