PINEAPPLE SHERBET PUNCH
 

2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
1 pt. cranberry juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate and 1 can water
2 (1 qt.) bottles lemon-lime carbonated beverage
1 qt. raspberry sherbet
Pineapple chunks
Maraschino cherries

Have juices and lemon-lime beverage well chilled. Combine juices and lemon concentrate and water. If this must be done ahead, keep chilled. Just before serving, add carbonated beverage. Add sherbet, stirring until softened and partially dissolved. Garnish bowl with pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries, string on pecks and sprigs of fresh mints, if desired. Makes about 48 - 1/2 cup servings.
