1 can of evaporated milk 1 can of condensed milk 1 can of cream of coconut 1 tbs. of cinnamon powder rum to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour in the bottle. Refrigerate until cold.
Serve chilled.
Note: You can make it without rum for the children.

Excactly how I make it.... you can even substitute the evaporated milk for a can of coconut milk.... if it is too thick which can happen when refrigerated, add a 3/4 cup of water to thin it.... It's delicious and no eggs are ever required Happy Holidays All
